The Ruby Certification is the second level of our gem certifications. To meet these requirements the organization must meet all previous certification requirements and prove that they have been meeting or exceeding all their key performance indicators for the previous 12-month period. The organization has established a regular review and audit of its activities to ensure quality standards are being met, and where necessary, corrective and preventive actions are needed.
