The Bronze Certification is the entry level certification from Paramount Leadership. A certified organization has proven to have a number of basic requirements established such as an online presence (i.e. website, appropriate social media, etc..), a customer relationship management system established and success plans in place. Leadership has established a commitment to the quality of their organization in writing and meets certain requirements for those commitments.
